Our Sacraments Customizable Dog Tag in Pewter is a thoughtful gift to mark a young person's (boys and girls alike!) commitment of faith in First Holy Communion and Confirmation. It is also a great gift for parents for their child's Dedication within the church or to celebrate with someone older, newly baptized in the faith, or for any significant occasion. Customize this pewter dog tag by choosing from the following options:

1) Select the number of letters/numbers/symbols/punctuation marks (count them all up together) from the Personalize with Hand Stamping drop down menu, up to 99 characters. You can put any other instructions, such as text placement, in the Special Instructions for Seller section of the shopping cart (Any questions? Give us a call at 612.331.2482; we're happy to help!);

2) Choose a Sacraments Charm to go with your dog tag from the Charm menu; and

3) Choose an insert card from the Choice of Insert Card to accompany your piece.

And there you have it! Your creation may take up to a week to stamp. Dog tag hangs on a 30" nickel-plated steel bead chain. Comes boxed.
